1. MULTIPLE SITES ~ Multiple Sites Allowed. But ONLY 3 Sites per person(s) will be permitted. No Member can have more than 3 Site listed on this Top Site. 1st Offense is a WARNING & You must remove all unauthorized Web Sites. 2nd Offense is complete removal of all Your Sites.

1a. SITE DESCRIPTIONS ~ PLEASE LIMIT the length of Your Sites desription from 2-4 lines or less. This will help save on loading time, for You and All of us.

1b. EMAIL ADDRESSES ~ You MUST keep Your email address current. Any returned emails will result in that site being suspended with NO notice given (note - You are only suspended, not removed. You will be unsuspended upon Us receiving an up to dated email address for You). If You want to be a Member, then be responsible.

2. REMOTE LINKING ~ NO Remote Linking Is Allowed. This includes any type Music or Video (with or without permission). If You are found to be Remote Linking, You will be suspended and given a 3 Day Warning to correct Your Problem. Failure to do so will result in Your Site being Deleted. If Your Site is deleted, it will be placed pn Our Wall Of Shame.

2a. EXPLICIT CONTENT ~ Any Sites That Have Explicit Songs Or Albums Must Place A VISIBLE Advisory Banner Or VISIBLE Text Warning On They're Site To Let Visitors Know There Is Explicit Content On The Site.

2b. PROFANITY-LANGUAGE-ECT ~ Any Sites or Members and or Visitors, That Have or Use VULGAR LANGUAGE - PROMOTE THREATS on there Site other than in certain songs which make this beyond Their control, promote Nudity or Violence, or are HATE Related or Harrass Others need not apply for Membership as they wont be permitted here. Visitors And Guest Will Have Their Post And Comments Removed. And when possible BANNED

3. QUALIFICATIONS ~ Must be a Personal Music Site with Real Audio, Wav, WMP, Midi, certain Music Top Sites, & (MP3s tho Questionable) available to Qualify for Membership. NO Pay Sites are permitted on this Top Site. No linking to Porno Sites, or Hate Sites allowed either, or You will be removed post haste.

4. HARASSMENT ~ No Harrasment of Ult75 Members by any other Member, or Vistors/Guest will be tolerated. If You ave a problem with Someone. Email Me at admin@nwomcities.com, or any Site Moderator. Continued Harrassment after being warned will cause Your Site to be removed immediately and You being banned...

5. ENTRAPING VOTES ~ You can NOT use an entraping (To catch in or as if in a trap) way of getting VOTES. That includes Your Friends or Fans that may place Your Top Site Link on Their pages to help You get Hits. Let Them no it is a Violation of Our House Rules and could cause Your Site to be removed. People must have a choice of Voting or not to Vote for Your Site, and can not be forced to VOTE for Your Site it MUST be Their choice. Your Site will be removed immediately if found to be in violation of this rule. You can however reapply after You correct the infraction, but You will have lost all of Your previous Votes.

5a. MEMBER VOTING ~ Members are allowed to VOTE for Their Own Site only ONCE A DAY. Members found to be abusing this rule will be removed, no questions asked, and without warning.

6. BANNERS SIZES ~ Please Limit the size of Your Banners, preferably 468W x 100H unless otherwise specified. This will allow This Site to continue to load fast and give You great service.

7. BANNERS #1 ~ A visable working Authorized Banner or written text link back to "The Ultimate 75 Music Sites" must be on Your Site. Your written text banner must state it is for The Ultimate 75 Music Sites. It must be displayed on Your Site within the first week or You will be given a 3 Day Warning to place it on Your Site. It is the only Banner to be used, unless the Webmaster sees the banner You propose to use and allows it. If it is allowed I will email You stating that, and it will be placed on the Site under a heading of Allowed Banners. As for Text Links, just as the Banner states ~The Ultimate 75 Music Sites~. Your Text Link must state this also. And Your Text Link must say ~The Ultimate 75 Music Sites~ also. If it doesnt then it is not allowed.

7b. Remember, however this is Your choice to use a Text Link. We just give You this option because some of You have limited space on Your Site.

8. FORUMS ~ Our Top Site has Several Forums. All OPEN but Moderated for Members and Guests, and is to be used to communicate between each other for info and to help each other also, as well for Our Guest to leave messages. Discussions for internal issues may be done here but in an orderly manner. No Finger Pointing - Harrassment - Threats - or Vulgar Language allowed! ~The Ult75 R/A Discuss~ This is where We can discuss all Real Audio Issues not finger point or harass, that would be a violation of Rule #4, (please read it). Failure to follow these guidelines here in Rule #8 is cause to have Your Site suspended off the Top Site for 3 Days, and with a repeated violation Your Site will be Permanently Removed.

9. SITES NOT WORKING ~ Any Site found NOT working will first be suspended to find out status if possible. If problem is only a TEMPORARY one We will only suspend Your Site from the Top Site List till it is fixed, and when I am emailed that it is fixed, and I verify it is working again. Your Site will be placed back on the list. This is NOT a punishment, but must be done to give Our Visitors the BEST Sites We have, and if Yours isnt working, it makes ALL of Us look bad, and just takes up space that a working Site could have instead. Remember, You are not deleted, You are just removed , and will be replaced on the Top Site as soon as Your Site is up and running again. If Your Sites down time is permanent Your Site and Info will then be removed totally, after confirmation.

I hate to make these rules sound so rough, but I feel it is the only way to keep some order here, and KEEP US THE BEST. Some People think I am to tough, but if We didnt have rules then We would be like the rest, but these Rules help keep Us The Best.
